70cl / 48% / Douglas Laing – This Highland blended malt was finished in casks that once held WESTWERK03, a rich Doppelbock brewed by Glasgow’s WEST Brewery. Expect sweet oak and honeycomb on the nose, with candied peel, malt-rich and chocolatey notes on the palate.
